RESPONSIBILITIES

Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipmentProperly repair and seal roof penetrationPerform maintenance on the solar system as neededPrepare inventory for installs and document completion of installationWork well within a team environmentProject clean upAttend training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safetyQUALIFICATIONS

Solar or Construction experience is requiredExcellent leadership skillsMust be able to routinely lift 50lbsAbility to work in extreme environments (example: heat, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and be able to work on your feet for long periods of timeBasic computer skillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredExcellent customer service skills requiredMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal check, MVR and drug screenMust have a valid driver’s licenseAble to work with power toolsMust follow all safety policies and standards for workingREQUIRED SKILLS

Working knowledge and ability to interpret and apply 2020 NEC requirements to PV systemsExperience reading and interpreting one-line drawings and electrical schematicsMust have working knowledge and experience replacing residential and commercial electrical services and distribution panelsMust be able to work with high voltage systems 600Vdc to 1500VdcMust be able to work with services 240Vac, 208Vac, and 480Vac in single and three-phase systems (and other variations)Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces)BENEFITS:
