As a Client Services Banker, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong client relationships by leveraging your financial expertise to provide solutions that meet customer needs. This dual role helps drive the branch's overall success by:

Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable products and servicesCollaborating with internal partners such as Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect clients with specialized knowledgeOperating a cash drawer to facilitate transactions for clients at the teller counter and drive-up windowsOpening new accounts, maintaining account information, and assisting clients with digital banking productsIdentifying potential fraud and other operational or financial risksSupporting bank opening and closing procedures as required by shift schedulesParticipating in community outreach and bank-sponsored eventsQualifications:
