Finance Director - BESS

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Finance Director for their BESS division in Manteno, IL. The role involves formulating strategic financing plans, managing investment projects, and exploring financing channels. Candidates should have a relevant degree, over 10 years of experience, and familiarity with American financing practices. Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential. This is a full-time position based in Illinois.

Responsibilities:

Assist in formulating the annual development strategic plan of listed companies, responsible for the statistics of capital needs under the strategic plan, have formulated relevant financing plans, responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's financing business strategy, coordinate the company's financing business management, and ensure the implementation of the company's investment and financing projects;Actively explore various financing channels such as banks and non-bank financial institutions, introduce high-quality funds for the Group's capital increase projects, promote the project landing, and do a good job in the follow-up management of financing;Promoted the company's equity financing: investor search, communication, roadshow, financing BP writing, valuation financial model building, financing credit conditions negotiation;Into the company's debt financing: bank docking, communication, roadshow, financing BC preparation and BP writing, financing credit preparation and conditions negotiation;Company financing, project merger and acquisition, tax planning, audit and risk control, company business model development and model profit analysis;Capital market research: including industry bench marking research, dynamic analysis of investors, writing project feasibility reports and strategic planning;Responsible for the approval of current accounts, capital accounts, overseas mergers and acquisitions, new establishment of overseas enterprises (SPV/BVI/ Cayman), overseas bond issuance, cross-border funds and other projects under the supervision of the company's foreign exchange Bureau, the Department of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Foreign Exchange Bureau;Research and analyze competitors' financial reports and market trends to provide insightful information to help the company make long-term and short-term decisions;Responsible for expanding overseas financing channels, financing channel selection, innovation and financing plan design;Responsible for the expansion and maintenance of cooperation channels between the company and financial institutions, as well as financial cost calculation and comprehensive cost analysis of financing projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or finance related, master's degree is preferred;More than 10 years of work experience, more than 5 years of overseas financing experience of listed companies, there are 2-3 large project financing landing cases and undertake the main financing work;Familiar with American financing experience, familiar with American local culture, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;Have a positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes in workload and work requirements;Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required to establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.
