Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer

Conduct thorough site inspections and audits to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring workplace safety.Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and procedures tailored to specific operational needs and regulatory compliance.Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence, driving continuous improvement.Provide expert training and guidance to employees on safety protocols, hazard awareness, and emergency response procedures. Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; a strong foundation is essential.Holds relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards.Demonstrates 2-4 years of experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas industries.Exhibits a deep understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
