Bureau Veritas North America seeks qualified professionals for a 30 MLD Seawater Reverse Osmosis Project in Mactan, Cebu, Philippines. Roles include Project Construction Manager, Project Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), QA/QC Engineers, Project Planner/Controller, and Document Controller. We are seeking qualified professionals for a 30 Million Liters per Day (MLD) Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Project located in Mactan, Cebu.

This is a conventional surface water treatment facility designed to deliver sustainable and efficient bulk water supply to Iloilo City, utilizing advanced desalination technology and best-practice water treatment methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Licensed Engineers (Master's preferred)

? Bachelors Degree (Non Engineering role)

Project Construction Manager :

Licensed Engineer (Master's preferred) or international equivalent license such as PMP (Must have 10 years experience related to Water Supply and Water Network Projects). Main point of contact; Overall Project Site and Commercial Management. PMP Certified.

Project Engineer - Civil/Archi :

PRC Licensed or international equivalent license (Must have 8+ years experience related to Water Supply and Water Network Projects).

Manages/Monitors/Evaluate s the progress, quality and completion of all Civil/Structural works mentioned in the scope of the project.

Project Engineers - Electrical & Mechanical :

PRC Licensed or international equivalent license (Must have 8+ years experience related to Water Supply and Water Network Projects). Manages/Monitors/Evaluate s the progress, quality and completion of all Electro-Mech works mentioned in the scope of the project.

QA/QC Civil Engineer :

PRC Licensed or international equivalent license (Must have 5+ years experience related to construction management). Ensures workmanship, quality of materials and testings for MEPF works through approved process and inspection.

Project Planner/Controller :

PRC Licensed or international equivalent license (Must have 8+ years experience related to construction management and P6 expert). Monitors and controls look ahead schedule of the project site and site coordinations together with Senior PM .

QA/QC MEPF Engineer :

PRC Licensed or international equivalent license (Must have 5+ years experience related to construction management). Ensures workmanship, quality of materials and testings for MEPF works through approved process and inspection.

Document Controller :

Must have at least 2 years of related experience (Document Control in Construction). Responsible for both external and internal receiving, distribution, filing and issuance of all project related documents maintaining and using the companies document management system and various monitoring registers.
