WV Fairmont: Help solve America's pollution problem.

Citizens' Climate Lobby is seeking volunteers in Fairmont, WV, to address climate change through grassroots efforts. Volunteers will educate the community, engage with Congress, and participate in local media activities. The role allows for both in-person and virtual participation, with over 450 local chapters nationwide. No specific degree is required, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals interested in environmental advocacy.

CCL volunteers work with their community and members of Congress on climate change solutions. We are organized into more than 450 local chapters across the U.S.

Your activities might include:
• Educating the community about global warming and legislative solutions
• Meeting with congressional leaders
• Writing letters to the editor
• Hosting film screenings and panel conversations
• Meeting with local media

We also have options available for working on your own or virtually.
