Job Description

Forestry England is seeking a Visitor Services Officer for a fixed-term role in Stoke-on-Trent, UK. The position involves welcoming visitors to Wyre Forest, providing information on membership and volunteering, and ensuring visitor facilities are safe and clean. What you’ll do…

You will be part of a team which provides an exceptional welcome to people visiting Wyre Forest. Whether through responding to enquiries with enthusiasm and expertise, greeting people and informing them of our amazing membership and volunteering offers, or building relationships with the business partners who help make the Wyre experience what it is, you will provide outstanding service. You will ensure our visitor facilities are clean, safe and accessible, respond to unexpected incidents, carry out visitor surveys and let people know about our offer and activities through social media.
