Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is hiring an Urban Planner for its Urbandesignlab in Dubai. The role requires a degree in Urban Design or related fields, with 15 years of experience. Responsibilities include leading urban planning projects, managing teams, and ensuring sustainability in designs. Proficiency in design software is essential. The position is full-time with a salary of AED 200K per year, and travel within the Middle East is required.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field (preferably with professional affiliation or eligibility for membership).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in urban design, planning, and master planning.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.
• Strong design and graphics skills, including hand and computer-generated graphics.
• Experience in sustainability practices in the public realm (LEED or equivalent advantageous).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating technical aspects.
Experience: Minimum 15 years
Salary: As per industry norms.
