Job Description:
The Corporate Treasury Bank Strategy & Technology Services team supports Fidelity Investments holding company, FMR LLC and its private equity and venture capital arm, Devonshire Investments (DI) on banking services including payment technology, internal and external credit facilities, and oversight of FMR's portfolio of minority investments in banks.
About the Role:
• Support the Treasury Technology team's planned upgrades and replacements of technology products.
• Lead the Treasury Technology team in managing technology infrastructure by working closely with CTG to ensure systems availability.
• Support the implementation of business requirements for all technology initiatives and liaise between business users and technology development resources.
• Ensure treasury systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Manage production release preparation and management for Treasury related deployments.
• Participate in establishing Corporate Treasury's Technology Roadmap.
• Maintain and prioritize the roadmap of treasury technology projects for reporting to senior management.
• Contribute to the development of technology to support Corporate Treasury automation and process improvements.
Your Expertise:
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or MBA.
• Expertise in treasury management systems, the implementation of these systems, and integration with ERP systems.
• Experience with in-house banks and virtual accounts.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022 File Specifications, MT messaging, CAMT, BAI, OFAC Sanction Screening / Fraud Prevention, Account Validation Tools.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong product management, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Results-oriented, versatile, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well independently and on a team.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, accounting).
