In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team of professionals, drive the growth of our transportation business in Idaho and surrounding states, and contribute to projects that enhance the safety and connectivity of our communities. Job Responsibilities:

· Continue to grow our successful transportation business in Idaho and surrounding states

· Responsible for managing large transportation projects

· Take an active role in regional business development by helping to identify and win new business through networking, proposal preparation, and client presentations

· Proactively seek state, federal, and other funding for clients

· Oversee quality of project work performed, client service, marketing, local representation/perception as well as assisting with statewide utilization of staff.

· Supervising and mentoring project managers, technical support and guidance to engineering staff as required.

Qualifications

Before you apply, make sure you have:

· B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)

· Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Idaho

· 15+ years of civil engineering experience

· Ability to successfully manage client relationships

· Project management experience including the development of project proposals, scopes, budgets, and the successful execution and tracking of both small and large engineering projects

· Proven experience in project delivery processes that include conceptual through detailed design, process optimization, and opinions of probable cost, as well as constructability and quality assurance reviews

· Ability to coordinate across engineering disciplines as required

· Proven project management, quantitative and analytical skills, including project accounting

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
