Location: Vikhroli West , Mumbai

6 days work ( alternative Saturday off)

Office Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Budget : 40 - 60K ( depends Upon Interview )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tender Officer with end-to-end experience in managing tendering processes specifically in the Solar EPC sector. The role involves identifying relevant tenders, preparing comprehensive bid submissions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant responses.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and evaluate solar project tenders from government and private portals.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per RFP/RFQ guidelines.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for necessary documentation and costing inputs.

Ensure adherence to all tender requirements, terms, and conditions.

Maintain records of submitted bids and follow up on bid status and results.

Liaise with clients, vendors, and government bodies for clarifications and negotiations, as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tendering within the Solar EPC domain.

Strong knowledge of government tendering procedures and e-procurement platforms.

Excellent documentation and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and tender submission portals (e.g., CPPP, state portals).
