• Proven ability to execute programs end‑to‑end across development, production, launch readiness, and deployment phases.
• Strong cost, schedule, and risk management experience, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing suppliers and contracts within aerospace or advanced manufacturing ecosystems.
• Solid systems integration understanding across hardware, software, and space operations, including familiarity with satellite lifecycle management (AIT, launch integration, constellation ops).
• Proficiency with program management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ERP systems) and awareness of cloud‑based systems integration (AWS/GCP preferred).
• Builds trust and accountability across cross‑functional teams.
• Leads through influence in matrixed environments and facilitates solution‑oriented dialogue.
• Communicates clearly and transparently with both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in dynamic, high‑stakes environments.
• Collaborates effectively across engineering, supply chain, operations, and leadership to drive predictable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end‑to‑end program execution for Tomorrow.io’s satellite constellation and internally developed software‑defined radar production programs.
• Establish and drive integrated program plans spanning spacecraft and payload development, production, launch readiness, and constellation sustainment.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, suppliers, and technical trade‑offs to meet cost, schedule, and performance commitments.
• Monitor and improve operational metrics across development and production life cycles to ensure predictable, high‑quality execution.
• Align cross‑functional teams around program objectives, ensuring strong collaboration and transparent communication with leadership.
• Contribute directly to maintaining a high‑performing weather observation constellation and scaling the world’s most impactful weather intelligence platform.
