Structural Packaging Designer

We are seeking a creative and proactive Structural Packaging Designer to join our team in Pune. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work across diverse packaging projects, from conceptualization to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop cutting-edge, sustainable packaging solutions for clients and upcoming projects.
• Create structural packaging concepts that align with client objectives, brand goals, and user needs.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure packaging designs are production-ready and feasible.
• Prototype and test packaging designs to ensure they meet functional, aesthetic, and durability standards.
• Develop and produce packaging specifications and production-ready files for manufacturers and suppliers.
• Stay current on trends in packaging materials, design techniques, and sustainable innovations.
Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, Packaging, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as ArtiosCad, EngView, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Strong passion for packaging design with a deep understanding of materials such as paper, corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, and other sustainable packaging options.
• Excellent understanding of structural design principles, 2D modeling, and construction techniques.
• Solid knowledge of industry trends, printing methods, and sustainable alternatives.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
