Landscaping Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Specialist to join our team for a prestigious city development project. The ideal candidate will possess over 12+ years of experience in landscape design and execution, as well as a degree in Architecture and Landscape Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with PMCs and civil engineers to ensure that the landscaping project aligns with the broader infrastructure plan.
• Implement sustainable landscaping practices, including the use of drought-resistant plants and environmentally friendly materials.
• Supervise contractors to ensure that the landscaping project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide expert advice on how to preserve natural ecosystems, trees, and vegetation during and after the construction phase.
• Monitor the landscaping project post-installation to ensure that it remains sustainable, grows properly, and requires minimal maintenance.

Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture and Landscape Architecture.
• Over 12+ years of experience in landscape design and execution.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure planning, environmental sustainability, and project management principles.
