The Judge Group is seeking a talented Sustainable Design Specialist to join our Planning Division in Silver Spring, Maryland. In this role, you will work on diverse projects, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional developments, focusing on creating environmentally sustainable designs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments of sites and preparing plans for approval by relevant agencies. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

You will also participate in regular meetings with clients and agencies, requiring an understanding of development design, review, and approval processes within local agencies.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in site planning and landscape architectural design is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (PLA/RLA required)
• Stormwater Management experience
• Strong graphic design and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch-Up, or similar software
• Autodesk Civil 3D experience
• Office program proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
