Responsibilities
• Develop and expand business in Colorado and other states.

• Manage a workload of 50% business development and 50% project work, increasing project work over time.

• Leverage local connections to build new business opportunities.

• Plan, direct, track, and execute activities for current and future projects.

• Lead project teams and manage successful project delivery, budgets, and client expectations.

• Conduct research, writing, strategy, and analysis for sustainability deliverables.
,
• Engage with clients and key stakeholders, including Councils and corporate staff.
,
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Sustainability on growth strategy and execution.

• Formulate strategy and lead proposal processes for sustainability projects.
,
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to respond to RFPs and prepare proposals.

• Support corporate sustainability operational efforts and advance the WSB Sustainability Plan.

• Represent WSB to external clients and maintain successful customer relationships.

• Participate in business development activities and networking events.

Requirements
• 8+ years of industry experience in Sustainability, Resiliency, Planning, or Circularity.

• Experience working with public and private sectors.
