Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sustainability Program Manager to support a local client in advancing their environmental and climate initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping and executing sustainability projects across multiple departments, helping drive meaningful change in the community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sustainability Program Manager, you will:

-Conduct tree canopy analyses to support urban forestry and green space planning

-Review and interpret zoning ordinances to align with sustainability goals

-Research and recommend best practices in sustainability and climate resilience

-Analyze state and local regulations and policies to inform strategic planning

-Contribute to the development of climate change action strategies

-Lead and support community engagement efforts to promote environmental awareness

-Assist in drafting sustainability-related policies and internal guidelines

-Help create and refine web page content to communicate sustainability initiatives

-Review and provide feedback on reports and documentation related to environmental programs

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a PM

3+ years of experience within environmental, sustainability, and energy

Bachelors degree Plan review background

Urban Environmental, Transportation, Natural Resource Manager experience
