Sustainability Manager

Macroasia Corporation is seeking a Sustainability Manager in Makati City, Metro Manila. The role involves developing and implementing sustainability initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into business processes, managing programs, and ensuring compliance with ESG regulations. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, fostering collaboration, and representing the company in sustainability forums. The position is full-time with no specific degree required.
Key duties and responsibilities:

•Assist in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives aligned with the MAC Group’s ESG objectives and strategies.

•Ensure sustainability principles are integrated into core business processes and decision-making across the Group.

•Manage and oversee the execution of sustainability programs and initiatives across departments and subsidiaries.

•Collect and consolidate accurate data, monitor and analyze sustainability performance metrics, and report progress toward established targets to drive continuous improvement.

•Assist in preparing and managing sustainability disclosures and reports in compliance with best practices, regulatory requirements, and global standards (e.g., GRI 2021, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs, ISSB).

•Ensure the Group’s compliance with ESG-related laws, regulations, and internal governance policies.

•Identify, assess, and recommend strategies to mitigate sustainability and climate-related risks impacting the Group.

•Foster collaboration by building strong partnerships with internal teams and engaging external stakeholders to advance sustainable practices and shared ESG goals.

•Represent the MAC Group in sustainability forums, industry associations, and community initiatives to enhance advocacy and thought leadership

•Lead awareness campaigns and training programs to embed a strong sustainability culture throughout the organization.

•Stay updated on sustainability best practices, emerging trends, and technologies; monitor evolving standards and regulations (e.g., ISSB adoption, TCFD transitions) to ensure MAC Group’s compliance.

•Perform other related duties as assigned.
