Sustainability Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany;

You will support the Sustainability Team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and advance our sustainability strategy, KPI management, and reporting.

Your responsibilities
• Support development and implementation of CSRD-compliant sustainability reporting framework
• Work on annual sustainability reporting.
• Monitor legal developments and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with other relevant sustainability regulations.
• Identify and advance priority initiatives that strengthen our sustainability program.
• Support senior decision-making through high-quality research and presentations.

About You
• University degree (Bachelor / Master) with grades supporting your good analytical and communication skills
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, either in a consulting company or as part of a corporate sustainability team
• (Fashion) E-commerce or experience in a Tech/ Data company would be a plus
• Knowledge of current sustainability reporting (CSRD) and other ESG standards and regulations
• Sustainability reporting and communications
• GHG emissions calculation and general KPI management
• Project management and structured problem-solving
• Good analytical + numerical skills
• Excellent communication skills in German (verbal & written, at least C1)
