Osborne Richardson is hiring a Sustainability Co-ordinator in the UK for an entry-level role focused on sustainability and ethical supply chains. Responsibilities include assisting the Sustainability Department, managing databases, attending events, conducting research, and training teams on sustainability. Applicants should have good MS Office skills, database experience, and strong communication abilities. A keen interest in sustainability is essential. The salary is approximately £19k.
Entry level role into sustainability and ethical supply chain. Our client is a major importer and distributor of fresh fruit and flowers and has a global network of suppliers. Their Sustainability Department is responsible for maintaining environmental and ethical compliance across this global supply chain and in the UK.
Your role will be to provide assistance to the Sustainability Department; administration of internal databases; attendance of events; research on case studies; assist with the training of trading teams on sustainability awareness; and ensure that records of suppliers are kept up to date.

Applicants for this role do not need to have worked previously in a sustainability role, but you must be able to demonstrate a keen interest.

Essential requirements are as follows:

Good MS Office skills

Experience of using databases

Strong communication skills, with good levels of written English, as well as the ability to communicate with those for whom English is not their first language

Be confident, keen to learn and well organised
