We're doing this by developing and deploying new technologies to increase the scope and scale of recycled and sustainable materials in the global battery supply chain.

Position:
Global Supply Manager, Construction

Redwood Materials is seeking an experienced Global Supply Manager to oversee the procurement of services, consumables, and specialty materials related to construction. This role involves collaborating with regional and global teams to optimize purchasing efficiencies and support corporate objectives, including profitability goals for new projects.

Responsibilities include:
• Leading the purchasing activities for services, consumables, and specialty materials.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement procurement strategies and operational plans for consumables and specialty materials across all applications and product development.
• Analyzing activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to assess progress toward project goals, including business, financial, and schedule objectives.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors on contract management, negotiations, RFP processes, change orders, schedule adherence, and bid management.
• Making and executing purchasing decisions for projects.
• Managing development activities between suppliers and internal teams to ensure sourcing aligns with corporate directives.
• Travel as required at company expense.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, or Construction.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel modeling.
• Experience sourcing services, consumables, and/or commodities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and multitask.
• Desire to learn and grow within the procurement function.
• A passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the world!
