Job Details

Responsibilities:
-Plan and schedule multi-family restoration projects

-Actively read and interpret insurance scope's of work that were estimated using Xactimate software.

-Create budgets and work orders from the scope of work and implement into production.

-Communicate with the owners, property managers, on-site representatives within the various projects regarding production, selections, timelines,
materials, etc.

-Manage and coordinate trades/sub-contractors for each project.

-Utilize project management software to maintain job documents, photographs, work orders/P.O's etc. for each project.

-Actively seek new vendors/trades to utilize on projects.

-Maintain project budgets

Requirements:
-4+ years of experience leading restoration projects

-Proficient using Microsoft Office tools

-Familiar with insurance restoration processes

-Strong communication skills
