Job Description

Charm Industrial is seeking a Strategic Recruiter for Climate Action in Fort Lupton, CO. The role involves leading full-cycle recruiting, developing sourcing strategies, and managing candidate pipelines for various positions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of talent acquisition experience, and strong negotiation skills. The company focuses on sustainability and offers a collaborative work environment.
About Our Mission
We're dedicated to reversing climate change by turning excess biomass into carbon-rich bio-oil and storing it underground. This innovative approach allows us to make fossil-free iron, and we've already seen significant progress since starting our carbon removal efforts in 2020.
A Team of Ambitious Problem Solvers
We're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for sustainability and are eager to tackle complex challenges. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, continuous learning, and psychological safety.
The Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, developing effective sourcing strategies, and managing candidate pipelines. You'll also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for all open roles, including hourly field operators, engineering, and corporate positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage relationships with recruiting vendors, partners, and platforms to optimize sourcing strategies.
What We Offer:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience recruiting for technical engineering, corporate, and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of what motivates and drives candidates from diverse professional backgrounds.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to escalate and leverage senior leadership for buy-in when needed.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Experience supporting compensation benchmarking and job description development.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and effectiveness.
