Areas of Responsibility
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the technical and regulatory aspects of our renewable energy power plant assets, including solar, wind, hybrid and energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, maintain the operational efficiency of assets, and support development and implementation of technical strategies that optimize renewable energy performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the performance of renewable energy assets, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
• Conduct regular technical assessments, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions. Oversee maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to ensure asset longevity.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to implement advanced technology solutions for better performance.
• Ensure all renewable energy projects and assets comply with local, state, and national regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of renewable energy policies, grid codes, environmental standards, and permitting processes.
• Support on preparation and submission of regulatory filings, permits, and reports as required by authorities.
• Assist in feasibility studies, resource assessments, and site evaluations for new renewable energy projects.
• Provide technical support for the integration of renewable energy assets into the grid, including compliance with interconnection standards.
• Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and contracts from third-party vendors and contractors.
• Analyze data from renewable energy assets to track performance, identify trends, and propose improvements.
• Develop and present performance and compliance reports to internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to model the impact of regulatory changes on asset value and performance.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Specific Certification
Skills
In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the renewable energy sector. Proficiency in asset management tools, SCADA systems, and performance monitoring platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience
Experience
12+ years of experience in renewable energy asset management, technical operations, and regulatory affairs. Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, grid interconnection processes, and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
