Rezeca Renewables Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Solar Project Engineer in Singapore to lead the engineering and execution of solar PV projects. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Solar Project Engineer to lead the engineering and execution of solar PV deployments. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle-from site surveys and design submissions to on-site installation management and grid connection.

Responsibilities
• Lead the design of solar PV systems by creating optimized layouts, single line diagrams (SLDs), and stringing plans using AutoCAD and PVsyst to maximize system performance
• Conduct detailed site surveys to evaluate roof integrity, shading impacts, and cable routing to inform design and installation planning
• Manage project execution by coordinating EPC partners, sub-contractors, and in-house teams to ensure timely and quality completion of solar installations
• Liaise effectively with Professional Engineers (PE), Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW), and government agencies (HDB, EMA, BCA) to secure necessary endorsements and manage system commissioning (Turn-On)
• Implement and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols, with a focus on safe work-at-height (WAH) practices during installation activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Experience with SolarNova projects, enhancing ability to manage government-supported solar initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering
