Solar O&M Technician

Peak Performance Energy is hiring a Solar O&M Technician in Hawaii. Responsibilities include inspecting, maintaining, and repairing solar systems, troubleshooting issues, and conducting performance tests. Candidates should have 2 years of experience in solar maintenance and strong organizational skills. The role requires a valid driver's license for travel to job sites. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solar O&M Electrician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of solar energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, combiner boxes, and other components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure maximum system efficiency.
• Conduct performance testing and monitoring of solar energy systems to identify underperforming assets and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar energy system operation and maintenance.
• Hawaii Electrical License (Not Required)
• Electrical Journeyman License (Not Required)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work environments, including outdoor and rooftop settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different job sites as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
