About Us: We are a forward-thinking company in the renewable energy industry, seeking a skilled Solar Technician to assist with the removal and replacement of solar panel systems. This is a full-time position working closely with a licensed electrician to deliver high-quality, efficient service.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the physical removal and reinstallation of solar panels.
• Secure mounting systems, panels, and hardware to ensure proper installation.
• Work collaboratively with the licensed electrician on all tasks.
• Inspect panels and report any damage or issues during removal.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
• Experience in solar panel systems, construction, or roofing (preferred).
• Familiarity with basic electrical components (training provided as needed).
• Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
