Solar Energy System Technician

The Solar Energy System Technician at beBee Careers will monitor PV plant performance, perform maintenance on inverters and panels, conduct site inspections, manage documentation, and support emergency responses. The position is full-time and based in Civitanova Marche, Italy, with no specific degree required.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor PV plant performance using SCADA systems and remote diagnostics tools.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on inverters, switchboards, and panels.
• Conduct site inspections, infrared thermography, and string-level testing to ensure optimal system efficiency.
• Manage documentation, maintenance logs, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support emergency response efforts and coordinate spare part procurement.
