Job Description

IPL Global is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for their Phoenix, AZ facility. This role involves managing customer freight systems, shipping paperwork, and supporting the Shipping Department with various administrative tasks. Candidates should have experience with WMS and inventory management systems, and the ability to operate a forklift. The position requires reliability and good attendance, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
The Warehouse Team is looking to fill the role of Shipping Coordinator in their Phoenix, Arizona facility. As a member of the Warehouse Team, Shipping Coordinators are a key component to ensuring IPL customer satisfaction by following all safety, quality, and shipping requirements at or above standards.

The Phoenix site is one of the manufacturing sites for IPL’s Large Format and Retail Packaging (LF&R) business in the United States. LF&R is a growing segment, with annual revenue of approximately $200m and significant growth potential, and is part of the Environmental, Returnable and Industrial Solutions (ERIS) Division of IPL.

Position Title: Shipping Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Shift: Monday - Friday, some weekends and OT as necessary

What you will bring to the role:

A reliable, dependable candidate who will bring a team player mindset with the ability to work autonomously as needed.

Essential experience and skills:
• Manage specific customer's freight systems.
• Manage all current online freight confirmations.
• Print all shipping paperwork, BOL, packing list, etc.
• Manage all EDI and ASN compliant customers.
• Compile all paperwork to be returned to office for billing.
• Complete all Home Depot paperwork and send to shipping locations (RRF).
• Support Shipping Department with phone, email, and administrative responsibilities
• Manage transactions on a WMS system.
• Invoicing and document organization
• Support Shipping Department with administrative responsibilities
• ASN Transmission
• Help assist with month and year-end inventories.

Qualifications:
• Prior work experience with WMS, ERP systems and use of RFF scanners a plus.
• Prior work experience with an Inventory Management System
• Prior experience with UPS and FedEx systems a plus.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift – certification provided on-site.
• Reliability and good attendance is imperative.
• Ability to work from written and verbal instructions.
