About the role – Senior Project Managers & Project Directors- Commercial Office Refurbishment and Base Building Upgrade Sector
Due to continual success in Western Australia we are expanding our Commercial Refurbishment and Base Building Upgrade team in Perth and are keen to speak to collaborative senior project managers and project directors with experience in leading the delivery of commercial refurbishment / upgrade, capital works and base building repositioning projects in live operational building environments with multiple stakeholders.
About you
• A tertiary qualification in construction, architecture or engineering is essential.
• Experience with a client-side consultancy and a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in sourcing opportunities and leading the delivery of projects in live operational building environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong relationships built through a positive delivery track record of key projects for institutional investors and/or corporate portfolio clients.
• A team player that demonstrates a collaborative approach to project delivery in a shared team culture
• Client-side consultancy experience in commercial refurbishment and large-scale commercial building upgrade projects
• Desire to grow and nurture a project team in line with the values and culture of our organisation.
