Develop and implement strategies for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program, including risk assessments, testing, and incident response.

Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and gap analysis to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans with overall business operations.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging threats to continuously improve and enhance the organization's security posture.

Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols related to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

Provide training and guidance to employees on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery protocols and procedures.

Lead incident response efforts during a crisis to minimize the impact on business operations.

Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery to identify areas for improvement and report to senior management.

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure effective and timely response in the event of a disaster.

Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other members of the Information Security team on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery matters.

Collaborate with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery teams across the organization to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain and update Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans to ensure they align with changing business needs and industry standards.

Participate in audits and regulatory compliance initiatives related to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

Act as a primary point of contact for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery inquiries and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
