Summary of Role:
Our UK based Transaction & Sustainable Finance team specialises in tailored Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) transactional due diligence, strategy development and advisory services to investors (e.g. private equity) helping them to enhance investments, facilitate access to capital and comply with increasing regulatory requirements.

To sustain the growth in activity in this exciting area of ESG, from both domestic and global clients, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant. Alongside supporting the Transactions and Finance team, there will also be opportunity to support the wider corporate ESG Advisory & Reporting teams, which offers wide range of strategy and reporting consulting services including materiality assessments, strategy development, data collection and management, sustainability/ESG reporting and training.

The role location is flexible but will be primarily based in one of Anthesis’ UK offices in Bristol, Edinburgh, London, Oxford or Manchester. Anthesis is also happy to hear from candidates based on one of our European operating locations. Anthesis offers hybrid working, and due to the dynamic nature of our work, may necessitate you to work from other Anthesis and/or clients’ offices from time-to-time.

Additionally, given the international nature of the Anthesis business and the needs of our clients, this may on occasion lead to opportunities to participate in overseas work.
