Lead and manage the planning process for aviation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for complex aviation projects.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of aviation industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform project planning.
Utilize expertise in planning principles, including land use, transportation, and environmental planning, to develop comprehensive project plans.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather project requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and industry professionals, showcasing project plans and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and tools in the aviation planning field, and implement them as appropriate for project delivery.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and make recommendations for contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the aviation industry.
Actively seek out new business opportunities and participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
