Senior Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions (Renewable Energy)

A growing renewable energy investment platform is looking to hire an Investment/M&A Senior Analyst to support its regional growth and investment activities. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across investments, financing, and strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership on evaluating and executing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the evaluation of potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships alongside the M&A team
• Assist the project finance function in coordinating with lenders, reviewing financing terms, and supporting due diligence processes
• Prepare investment materials, including presentations for senior leadership and board discussions
• Support participation in competitive bidding processes and project auctions
• Conduct market research and summarise new investment opportunities across the region

Key Requirements
• 2-4 years of relevant experience within the renewable energy sector or a related infrastructure environment
• Strong analytical capabilities with solid financial modelling skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
