We are looking for 20 dynamic Sales & Marketing Managers to drive international business growth and promote our cutting-edge solar solutions.

With 23 factories, over 1,000 employees, and 30 years of experience in the solar industry, we specialist in innovative solar products, including: Solar Panels, Solar Lights, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) Batteries, Solar Inverters, Solar Home Systems, Solar Water PumpsKey

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage global marketing strategies to promote Blue Carbon’s solar products.
• Establish and oversee social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility.
• Create compelling content and promotional campaigns in English and your local language.
• Identify and engage with potential distributors, partners, and customers worldwide.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure superior after-sales support.

Educational Requirements
