Project-based | Sites across the Philippines

ECG CleanPower Systems Inc. is seeking a Solar Site Engineer with experience in rooftop solar PV projects to lead our site teams and deliver high-quality installations. This is an immediate-hiring opportunity for professionals who are ready to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

Pre-Construction & Planning
• Create and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical drawings (CAD) for project applications
• Conduct site and roof inspections to confirm structural readiness
• Plan site layout, logistics, manpower, and delivery schedules

Execution & Supervision
• Oversee on-site activities from mobilization to system turnover
• Supervise installation crews and/or subcontractors
• Enforce safety protocols, including fall protection, scaffolding, and rooftop access

Monitoring & Reporting
• Track daily progress, prepare site reports, and monitor project milestones
• Ensure work quality through on-site QA/QC checks and compliance with standards

Testing & Turnover
• Support testing, commissioning, and system energization
• Facilitate handover documentation and punch-list completion with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (required)
• 2–3 years of experience in rooftop solar PV projects (preferably within 1 MW range)
• Familiarity with PV system layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), bills of quantities (BOQs), and AutoCAD

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Knowledge in PVsyst or Helioscope
• Knowledge of net-metering applications and permitting processes
• Experience in construction supervision or site management

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work at project sites across the Philippines
