Go-VA is hiring a Results Coach in Cebu City, Philippines, for a full-time, day shift position. The role involves performance coaching, monitoring team productivity, and liaising with clients. Go-Va provides clients based in Australia, U.S, U.K and New Zealand with offshore employees. We are a managed operations not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Primary Tasks

Performance Coaching

● Perform individual daily coaching sessions amp; huddles with each team member and scrutinize (inquire

the what, why and how) their tasks.

Performance Review Monitoring and Report Submission
• Work with the CEO, General Manager, and Admin to keep track of team members’ performance re: work output, productivity, and adherence to company policy regulations and standard operating procedures.
• For the purpose of reviewing VA performance to be used for feedback, evaluation, performance, appraisal, etc… the RCs will be responsible for generating the said report –for now, this is done through monitoring KPIs such as WORKSNAPS, Attendance amp; Tardiness, Sanctions amp; Offense count, Client feedback, basically the VA’s capacity to follow instructions and deliver results(being they are in the best position to provide feedback on their team member’s performance).
• Perform a weekly review of the previous week for their team member’s performance (this includes infractions and productivity) and provide a summarized overview for both and mete out appropriate sanctions and/or acknowledge achievements. Sanctions are to be documented in the Coaching log spreadsheet and performance review are to be documented in the Productivity log spreadsheet.
• Conduct the Weekly Plan Ahead huddle with each of their team members so they have a clear idea on what they are set to accomplish when Monday arrives. Also, having the VA’s submit the weekly plan ahead just right before COB, allows the clients to possibly review what their VA’s plan to do by next week. This will also give the clients time to review or feedback and say otherwise if they have pertinent items for their VA’s to work on.
• Mete out sanctions (and NTE forms, if need be) to team members with the General Manager’s approval for infractions and violations committed by team members and create a log/record for each

Communications Manager amp; SOP Development

Liaise with clients for their team member’s behalf and handle communications, follow-ups, and reports.
• Instruct their team member(s) to create Standard Operating Procedures for their tasks and upon completion, review and collaborate with the said team member. Again, the purpose of which is to “educate” the RC of what the task is about, and in the process, allow the RC to be knowledgeable of what the task is about (Learning) – and if need be, offer improvements to the currently made SOP.

Communication: Proactively engage with their team members –and if need be, the client to:
