We are currently looking to hire a passionate and service- minded leader to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team! Our ideal applicant will have a Medication Tech certification and have previous experience in an assisted living community.

Responsibilities For Our Resident Care Coordinator Include The Following
• Filling other gaps in Caregiver/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.
• Maintaining Caregiver/Med Tech schedule.
• Assisting with new hire training as assigned by the administration.
• Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.
• Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies.
• Organize and help with medical transports
• Maintaining shift change notes.
• Communicating regularly with administration.
• Fulfilling other duties as assigned by Head RCC

Qualifications

Must have current MED TECH CERTIFICATON and experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.

You will be part of a team providing quality, innovative care for our senior residents while also helping to bring joy to their lives!
