The General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our solar installation business. You will be responsible for managing the overall operations with a focus on financial control, systems, procedures, procurement, and optimizing team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and employees across various departments (administration, sales, warehouse, customer service).
• Provide clear direction, create a positive work environment, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and development to build a capable and motivated team.
Financial Oversight:
• Oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Ensure profitability through cost management and the efficient allocation of resources.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role, ideally within the solar energy, construction, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of solar installation operations, processes, and technologies is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing operations and achieving business goals.
