MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
7-10+ years of progressive construction experience in renewable energy, with strong solar project background Proven experience managing commercial or utility-scale solar projects from pre-construction through closeout Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable codes Proven ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural plans Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Procore or Bluebeam strongly preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Lead High-Impact Solar Construction Projects We are a premier construction and infrastructure firm expanding our renewable energy division and seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a growing portfolio of solar projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving solar projects from early planning through final handover while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are consistently achieved.
