Renewable Energy Engineering Manager

BHI Energy is seeking a Renewable Energy Engineering Manager in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have geotechnical engineering experience in solar energy, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Responsibilities include developing project plans, providing technical support, and pursuing business development opportunities in the solar market. This is a full-time position.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Engineer to lead our Renewable Energy Team. The successful candidate will have experience in geotechnical engineering, particularly in solar energy development. They will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Provide technical expertise to support project managers and staff.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, strengthening our presence in the solar market sector.
