Role Summary</b>

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Renewable Energy Engineering Lead</b> to lead and scale our technical operations. This role will focus on project execution, engineering excellence, and innovation in solar energy systems. The successful candidate will drive the technical vision, manage cross -functional engineering teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities</b>

Lead and manage the engineering department, including electrical, mechanical, and design teams.

Oversee the technical design and implementation of renewable energy systems.

Provide senior leadership in planning, budgeting, and forecasting of all engineering -related initiatives.

Collaborate with project managers and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Ensure accurate simulations, modeling, and system design using tools like Velioscope, PVSyst, and PV*Sol.
</p></li>

Review and approve engineering drawings and documentation, ensuring high standards using AutoCAD.

Mentor and develop engineering talent across the organization.

Contribute to strategic decision -making and long -term technology roadmaps.

Minimum Requirements</b>

South African citizen (requirement).
</p></li>

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical,
</p></li>

Minimum of 10 years’ engineering experience in senior leadership role.
</p></li>

Proficiency in solar design and analysis software: helioscope, PVSyst, </b>

Strong understanding of utility -scale and commercial solar project development.
</p></li>

Proven track record of managing multi -disciplinary engineering teams.
</p></li>

Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
