Job Description

HRSI is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager in Sindh, Pakistan, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through sales initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience in business development or sales, and strong communication skills. Key tasks include lead generation, market research, and achieving business targets. This is a full-time position.
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Regional Business Development Manager - B2B Corporate for one of our client.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Present company products/services to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to close deals.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, or a related field. Engineering or technical knowledge is a significant plus.
• 10 years of experience in business development or sales
• Having established a new division or worked independently is a huge advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
