Role Description
This is a full-time role for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with proximity to Abraham Adesanya Lekki Ajah, Lagos. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales process in strict compliance with targets, driving sales across all our properties and keep up with strict sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, working on property listings, handling negotiations, and staying current with market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
• Possesses a valid Real Estate hand on experience
• Customer Service and Real Estate knowledge
• Sales and Real Estate Property expertise
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver monthly sales targets.
• Experience in the Nigerian real estate market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Phycology, Real Estate, or related field
