Job Description: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online leads.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences

Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

2. Property Sales and Negotiation:
Conduct property tours and showcase properties to potential buyers.

Prepare and present property details, including pricing, features, and benefits.

Negotiate offers and finalize sales transactions.

Assist clients in navigating the closing process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.

3. Sales Performance and Reporting:
Meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Track sales activities and identify areas for improvement.

Stay informed about market trends, zoning regulations, and real estate laws.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
