Project Manager/Wetland Scientist

Stoney Ridge Environmental LLC is seeking a Project Assistant in Alton, NH to support managers in environmental/wetland permitting and natural resource documentation. Candidates should have strong writing, communication, and organizational skills, along with field experience in wetland and soil assessments. While NH certification as a Wetland Scientist or Soil Scientist is not required, a desire to obtain certification is preferred. The position offers benefits and opportunities for growth.
Stoney Ridge Environmental LLC (SRE), a Central NH Environmental Firm, is seeking a Project Assistant to assist managers in environmental/wetland permitting and natural resource documentation.

Work Qualities: Excellent writing, spelling, computer and verbal communication skills are an absolute must. Applicant should be comfortable and knowledgeable within their areas of expertise. Applicant should be able to work well with others and assist in project implementation and completion. Good organizational skills and a solid work ethic are a must for this position.

Experience: Field experience in wetland delineation, vernal pool assessment, stream assessment, soil data collection and plant identification is a plus for this position. NH Certification as a Wetland Scientist or a Soil Scientist is not required, but the right applicant should have the right qualifications and desire to obtain either the wetlands or soil certification in the future.
