Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of insurance restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. This role requires expertise in exterior construction, strong communication skills for working with insurance adjusters and homeowners, and the ability to effectively manage crews and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple roofing, siding, and gutter projects related to insurance claims.
• Work closely with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and estimators to ensure proper project scope.
• Coordinate scheduling of crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections before, during, and after project completion to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain strong customer communication, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Track project progress, adjust budgets as needed, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally.
• Document project details, including photos, change orders, and completion reports.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in exterior construction project management, particularly in insurance restoration (roofing, siding, gutters).
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes, software experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience repairing smaller exterior jobs onsite is a plus.
