Job Description

Commercial Project Manager/Superintendent will be responsible for:
• Lead commercial projects ($1M-$5M), ensuring budget, schedule, and quality standards are met
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project timelines
• Oversee construction teams and ensure adherence to high-quality craftsmanship
• Work closely with ownership to grow the commercial division
• Directly involved in scheduling and client communication

Residential Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for:
• Oversee custom home builds ($500K-$5M), managing 2-3 high-end projects per year
• Lead pre-construction planning, budgeting, and subcontractor management
• Work closely with homeowners to ensure a seamless, high-quality building experience
• Manage residential renovations ($20K+), including kitchens, bathrooms, and additions
• Directly involved in estimating, scheduling, and client communication if applicable

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Project Manager' should have:
• Proven experience in managing residential or commercial construction projects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
• Estimating experience is ideal
