Job Description

EPiK Energy and Renewables is seeking a Project Controller in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves managing project finances, ensuring compliance, and providing financial analysis. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, preparing reports, and collaborating with project managers. Candidates should have a strong financial background and experience in project management. This full-time position requires monthly travel to Texas and is not remote.
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Controller to join our dynamic teams, EPiK Energy and Renewables (OK) and Endiprev (TX). The Project Controller will play a crucial role in managing financial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making to our US, Portugal and Denmark teams. This position requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles to effectively oversee project budgets and financial reporting.

Duties
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights on project performance.
• Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and trade receivables in collaboration with the Accounting Manager
• Provide financial support to the Operations team.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize financial software for tracking expenses, forecasting, and reporting.
• Generate monthly project, customer and Business Unit reports
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

Skills
• Bachelor's Degree or higher or relevant work experience with growth-oriented and project-based organizations
• Experience with various financial software applications for reporting and analysis.
• Strong skills in financial report writing, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and has a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Expertise in budgeting practices and techniques for effective project management.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting comprehensive financial analysis.
• Experience in general ledger accounting, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
• Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation efficiently.

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality work while supporting the overall success of our projects. While this position will primarily base out of Oklahoma City, there will be necessary travel to TX every month to assist our sister company, Endiprev.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
