The Principal Policy Officer position at NSW Conservation Programs involves developing and implementing air policy initiatives. The Regional Delivery branch is currently seeking to appoint a Principal Policy Officer in the Air Policy team.

In this role, you will develop and implement policies, programs, and projects related to air policy, including conducting research and analysis, preparing recommendations for the development of policies and strategies, and implementing innovative solutions.

About You

Key knowledge and experience
• Significant experience in program and project design, implementation and evaluation.
• Experience in policy analysis and development with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
• Understanding of the machinery of Government and the policy process.

Essential requirements
• Scientific or engineering qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience.
